01What it does

A bot in your server that answers where members ask

Create your own Discord application, connect it in Console → Connections → Discord, and a slash command in a channel or a direct message reaches your mate; it answers where the question was asked, and a teammate can take over from the same place.

03How to switch it on

  1. In Console → Connections → Discord, open “Create your Discord app” — it takes you to discord.com/developers with the bot permissions and interaction settings already listed.

  2. Copy the app's Public Key and Application ID, create a bot and copy its token, then paste all three back into Console.

  3. Choose direct messages, server channels, or both, and an optional list of channels — then invite the bot to your server.

A Discord application (bring your own server), its bot token, public key and application id, and the scope you pick.
